  • Customers can cancel orders within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

  • Dadni Fashion is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, and sale products are non-returnable.
